The Authenticity Publication
The Authenticity Publication is a sporadic magazine that started as a passion project of mine.
It’s a platform dedicated to sharing lived stories while drawing inspiration from the day-to-day. With a focus on human-centered storytelling, this magazine celebrates experiences of the community around us: our neighbours, peers and colleagues.
The aim of this magazine is to offer a positive space in today’s online climate and give everybody a chance to share their own stories - no matter how big or small.
I’m not sure how this will turn out in the end, but I’m happy to have you along for the journey. Thank you for being here and holding space.

Started as a idea in the last few months of 2023, the magazine really begun taking shape around the early 2024 months when things still felt nebulous and hopeful.
In the process of making this magazine, especially Issue 1, there’s been many setbacks, failures and restarts. What was supposed to be released in mid-late 2024 has taken almost a year longer than expected. This first Issue really would not have become what it is today without the support and belief and also time from so many people - every one of whom I adore and love and thank.
Finishing this became something more than just a ‘to-do’ but also became something that made me come back alive & feel in a time when everything else around me was numbing. What started as an idea for other people to feel some goodness & hope became something that pulled me out of my own head, and something that made me find joy in the process.
Thanks to everyone who gave their time, support and stories for this project. It means more than I can say.
